About AWC Local SEO
Who is AWC Local SEO?
The local search brand of AWC Web Design, based in Winnsboro, Texas, operated by JABstract, a software and marketing agency that took over the business in 2025. The same team manages profiles, listings, reviews and city pages for Texas businesses.
Why are your prices public?
Because you should be able to know what something costs before a sales call. Every service page, the pricing page and the estimate builder read from one price list, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Do you work outside East Texas?
Yes, across all of Texas. Profiles, listings and reviews are worked on remotely, so Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Austin businesses get the same process as Winnsboro.
What are the demonstrations on this site?
Six illustrations that run in your browser with made-up businesses: the local pack simulator, the profile completeness scorer, the NAP consistency checker, the rank grid, the review flow and a panel that shows how the page itself is optimised. None measures a live search; your real baseline is measured when the work starts.
How do I get started?
Build an estimate on the pricing page and send it, or call or text (863) 602-6911. You get a written plan with prices, then a baseline report before any work begins.
About the services
What does local SEO cost?
Local SEO is $500 a month. One-time pieces are priced separately: on-page SEO $1,000 (city pages $200 each), citations and NAP cleanup $400.
How long until local SEO works?
Changes to your profile and listings show up within weeks; movement on the map usually takes a few months of steady work. The monthly rank grid shows the trend from your baseline, so you are never guessing.
What does Google Business Profile management cost?
Management is $300 a month. Creating and verifying a new profile is a one-time $300.
Will you reply to negative reviews?
Yes, and we draft those replies for your approval first. A calm, factual reply is read by every future customer, not just the reviewer.
What does reputation management cost?
Reputation management is $300 a month, including review requests, the review page, monitoring, replies and the monthly report.
Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews as long as everyone is asked and nobody is paid or filtered. The review page routes unhappy customers to a private feedback form first, and every customer still sees the public link.
What does citation building cost?
Citations and NAP cleanup is $400 one-time, including the audit, the corrections, listings on 80+ directories and the record you keep. It is also included over time in the local SEO plan at $500 a month.
What is NAP?
Name, address, phone: the three facts a directory listing carries. Search engines compare them across the web; when they match exactly, the business is trusted more. The checker on this page shows how the comparison works.
What does on-page SEO cost?
On-page local SEO is $1,000 one-time for the audit and the fixes across your existing site. City pages are $200 each.
How many city pages do I need?
One for each city or town you actively serve and want calls from. A business serving three towns needs three. Each page is written about the service in that place, not copied with the name swapped.
What does local ad management cost?
Management is a flat $500 a month per platform. Your ad spend is separate, billed to you directly by Google at a budget you approve.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. The account is created under your business, and AWC works in it as a manager. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
What does local content cost?
Local content is $250 a month for two posts of 1,000 to 1,500 words each, researched, written, edited and published.
Who writes the posts?
The posts are researched from your search data, drafted with the help of writing tools, then edited by a person for accuracy and your voice. You approve each one before it is published.
Know the price before you call.
Build your estimate from the published price list, or just call or text and talk to a person.
